Negative Experience

  • For 1, 2, or 3-star reviews, customers see the Negative Experience page. Dissatisfied customers are prompted to leave their contact information for private follow-up. No Negative Feedback page is presented for 4 or 5-star reviews.
  • Navigate to Edit then Negative Experience.

 Disable Negative Feedback

  • You can choose to disable the display of the Negative Feedback page by clicking Review Link and selecting "Star filter disabled."
