The SMS Service feature enables you to connect your preferred messaging provider for sending SMS review requests. Currently, we support Telnyx and Twilio. Please be aware that for SMS to United States numbers, your connected phone must have an approved 10DLC or toll-free campaign.
To integrate the SMS service, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select SMS Service.
